Add some rice or mashed potatoes with vegetables and/or salad for a tasty dinner.
- 3/4 lbs. lean ground beef, or use ground turkey
- 1/3 c. oats
- 1 egg white beaten
- 1-2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. salsa or tomato sauce
- salt and pepper
- Mix all together in a bowl.
- Place in a loaf tin and bake at 350F/175C/Gas 3-4 for 60 -75 min.
